Jason Yoder Named Plastics News Rising Star

Conventus Polymers LLC’s Commercial Operations Leader, Jason Yoder has been recognized as a member as member of Plastics News’ Rising Stars class of 2022 which spotlights 35 people under 35 years of age that show tremendous potential as the future leaders of the plastics industry.
Yoder joined Conventus Polymers in 2021 as Commercial Operations Leader. In addition to leading the company’s efforts in this area, he quickly showed aptitude to take on the significant responsibility of managing the ERP implementation, which successfully launched earlier this month.
Yoder previously worked for Phoenix Contact USA as a business operations intern, sales analyst and product marketing specialist. He had some familiarity with different polymer chemistries Phoenix’s products ultilize Nylon, TPU and PVC.
Yoder earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on technology and operations management from Messiah University in Pennsylvania and started his career in the industrial automation industry. Yoder has also been an airfield systems technician for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard since 2010.
