Jason Martin Appointed VP Finance & Accounting

Conventus Polymers LLC, a leading distributor of high-performance engineering thermoplastics, has announced the appointment of Jason Martin as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, based in Parsippany, N.J. He will oversee all finance and accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financing/banking, insurance, human resources, and financial planning and analysis.
“Conventus is thrilled that Jason is joining our team,” said John Jorgensen, President of Conventus Polymers. “He is a highly experienced finance professional who will successfully manage our core finance and accounting functions and processes and help us deliver on our objectives and goals.”
Martin has held top-level finance roles at several New Jersey firms and brings extensive expertise in accounting, budgeting, and inventory management. Most recently he served as controller of Reckitt Health in Parsippany. Martin was also controller at PlanITROI Inc., in Denville, N.J., and Voss Enterprises Inc., in Moonachie, N,J. Previously, he also worked as senior accountant and accounting manager at Diamond Direct Foods.
Martin holds a bachelor of science in Accounting and an M.B.A., Finance, both from William Paterson University, Wayne, N.J.
