Brian Nourse Named Vice President – Strategic Initiatives

Conventus Polymers LLC, a leading distributor of high- performance engineering thermoplastics, has announced the appointment of Brian Nourse as Vice President – Strategic Initiatives, based in Richmond, Virginia. Nourse will lead three strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, Product Line Management, and Application Development to accelerate the company’s growth.
“Brian is a world class business leader whose senior leadership and experience will help us execute our global strategy. The initiatives he leads will directly improve our value to customers and suppliers alike. His contributions will be felt across our entire business, and we are thrilled to have Brian on our team,” said John Jorgensen, President of Conventus Polymers.
Nourse was formerly at Afton Chemical where he held several leadership positions including, multiple global product management roles, Vice President for two different commercial regions and most recently as Vice President of global supply. Prior to that he worked at SABIC Innovative Plastics (and GE Plastics) for nearly 15 years where his experience included roles in application development, global marketing, and sales leadership. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
